Sherry Payne

Sherry began riding and working with horses at the age of 12. She first began riding dressage and fell in love quickly, so much so that she started doing barn chores in exchange for extra riding lessons. This eventually led to Sherry taking the Racehorse Groom and Farrier Science programs at Olds College and running her own farrier business for over 10 years. Working with horses has always been her passion, and she is excited to continue learning and growing with Burwash.

When she's not at work, you'll find Sherry hiking, mountain biking and camping with her husband and their dachshund. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, canning and knitting.
